Bus services across North Cardiff are under threat this month. The Labour Council and Labour Welsh Government have cut funding to local bus routes across the city. They are now in danger of being reduced, changed, or even cut entirely.The local 21/23 service which travels through Rhiwbina & Birchgrove will be changed from once every 20 minutes to once an hour!
